What is a Falafel?
Falafel (fa*la*fel) is a blend of ground chick peas, fresh herbs and spices formed into balls and cooked in zero trans fat oil. This is a freshly made, healthy, vegetarian delight popular throughout the Middle East. It is rich in protein and vitamins.
